I clearly remember the moment I realized the importance of wedding photography. I was a bridesmaid and saw how the photographer guided us through the day and helped the bride feel comfortable and natural. When I saw the end product, I was amazed at how he was able to document and preserve the emotion we all felt that day.
I had always been a photographer, but that moment was a bright light going off—I wanted to capture that same joy and romance. Over the decade since that moment, I’ve fallen in love with my craft over and over again and sought new ways to improve. A few years ago, that led me to film photography.
For me, the finite quality of film slows me down so each and every shot is thoughtful. That carries over to my digital photography too. I believe shooting with intention highlights the beautiful truth of your wedding day. It’s just a little something special that I love to share with my couples.
I adore working with couples who are excited about the process and put their trust in me to deliver photographs that blend effortlessly modern and timelessly classic.
